55 – 70                EXCELLENT

Creative customer driven management is already well established in your organisation and you are probably enjoying the benefits of high profits, good public image, high customer loyalty and a strong competitive position

 

46 – 55                GOOD

The awareness of your management is well above average and the organisation is probably doing well.  There may, however, be some management or the other people resistant to and ignoring the importance of customer service.

 

35 – 45                AVERAGE

Customers probably do not figure too highly on your list of priorities.  The profits may be under pressure from price competition and your people may not respond too well to requests for improvements in performance.

 

Under 35              POOR

Your customers either have to do business with you or are leaving as fast as your key people.  You could be a prime takeover or bankruptcy candidate.  Your company needs a customer driven revolution.
